This new residential building in the heart of Kifissia is comprised of a mix of boutique apartments, maisonettes and a two-storey penthouse. Located on a square corner plot, the bold exterior -separated into three defined volumes- is clad indifferent materials to create a more personalized look and move away from the repetitive stereotype of residential blocks.

Inspired by the combination of natural beauty and vibrancy of its urban surroundings, the building consists of six residences, each with a different character and individually reinforcing the values of wellness and the human-centered lifestyle.

In-keeping with the A-line Residences brand, the interiors are designed with a balance of darker natural materials and subtle details in the carpentry and surface claddings. Warm greys, darker wood finishes and brass details come together to form an opulent and sophisticated interior.
