An existing brutalist building was re-imagined into 2 boutique apartments, which combine minimalism and refined luxury. The façade was upgraded by adding greenery and wooden cladding that helped soften the visible exterior structure and created a balance between private and more open terraces. The bespoke interiors were designed with great attention to detail and local craftsmanship, with a selection of unique materials and a darker color palette that is both soothing and timeless.

Surrounded by the lush green upscale neighborhood of Kefalari, attention was given to design a modern garden, with hints of Japanese simplicity. The roof garden boasts uninterrupted views of Penteli mountain and was carefully planned with a custom outdoor kitchen, surrounding vegetation and ample shaded lounge areas.
